We’ve been providing Higher Education at Nescot for more than 60 years. Here are some of the reasons our students choose us:
Expert teaching: Our friendly lecturers and tutors are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. Our staff are experienced tutors, but also have substantial experience of working in the relevant industry, too, so you can understand what your future career could be like. Our students also value being taught in smaller groups, rather than attending large lectures.
Satisfaction: According to the 2016 National Student Survey, Higher Education students at Nescot were among the most satisfied in the country. A total of 88% of those questioned were satisfied with their course.
Validation: Our degrees are validated by the Universities of Greenwich, Kingston and West London and Pearson is one of our awarding bodies. Accreditation Our qualifications are accredited by a number of Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs). These include the GOsC (Osteopathy), the BACP (Counselling) and the CIEH (Environmental Health).
Financial Support: Nescot has a dedicated team to help you navigate student finance. Our expert staff can advise you on support you might be eligible for, from loans to grants and bursaries. In addition, Nescot’s fees are usually lower than for comparable courses at universities.
Our Campus: We’ve invested £52 million in our campus since 2013, giving you access to great facilities. Whatever you study, you’ll be able to take advantage of brand-new onsite facilities like our newly refurbished gym, hair and beauty salon, Indian restaurant, refectory, day nursery, library, theatre, free distance learning courses and our osteopathy and sports injury clinics. We also have our new Business Centre that can help put you in touch with employers. In addition, students on courses validated by Kingston University can access their library, sports clubs and societies.
Nescot is in Ewell near Epsom in Surrey. We are a few minutes’ walk from Ewell East and Ewell West main line stations. Whilst we are close to both Epsom and South/West London students also benefit from a green and leafy campus.
